Inside of you there is a part that knows what is right for you. Sometimes that part gets really quiet and is drowned out by the other parts of you who want to make choices with potentially negative consequences. People around you might encourage you in one direction or the other. They also have their different parts inside of them.
We all have our cheerleaders; the ones who have our backs, who encourage us, who love us unconditionally. And we also have people who are looking out for themselves. It's not their job to take care of your best interests. It's your job.
Listen quietly to yourself. In the stillness, through your breath, you can hear what is truly best for you.
