I read this weekend that it is important to nurture your sexual relationship with yourself (nod to NN). Today is Valentine's Day. Whether or not you celebrate it, whether or not you are partnered, single, involved, or "it's complicated", try giving yourself love and attention today. Buy yourself flowers. Write yourself a love note. Take a few minutes to find a way to show yourself that you love yourself - even if you feel like you don't. Today I want you to FEEL sexy from the inside out. Because sexy is a feeling and what you find sexy is defined by YOU.
